  14.      There have been many many changes to CBV,  PLEASE READ the CBV150.DOC
  15.      file to familarize yourself with what is required to run this new
  16.      version of CBV.

  19.      UNREGISTERED VERSION CANNOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS.

  21.      CANNOT PERFORM ANY LONG DISTANCE FUNCTIONS
  22.      CANNOT AUTOUPDATE CBVTRASH.DAT
  23.      CANNOT MODIFY AR, DAR, RESTRICT, AND EXEMPT.
  24.      CANNOT CHANGE EXAMPLE PHONE NUMBER. (404-426-1941)

  26.      The configuration program CBVCFG will allow changes to be made to these
  27.      values but CBV will ignore them.

  34.      CBV0150U.ZIP is the UNREGISTERED VERSION

  36.      CBV0150R.ZIP is the REGISTERED VERSION.  REGISTERED VERSIONS CANNOT
  37.                                               BE DISTRIBUTED!

  39.      CBV0150D.ZIP is the REGISTERED DEBUG VERSION.

  44.      If upgrading from CBV versions 1.40-1.44 run CBVCFG first.  It will detect
  45.      the old Config file and create one following the new format.

  47.      If upgrading from CBV versions earlier than 1.40 then simply run CBVCFG
  48.      as it will create a "generic" configuration file that can be modified
  49.      to suit your system's needs.

  51.      To assist your adapting CBV to WWIV versions 4.20 and later the program
  52.      GETACTSL.EXE has been included,  this program when run according to its
  53.      documentation can help you figure out the CBVCFG.UserRec option
  54.      RESTORE.WWV ACTSL position.
